Rasberry Delight

I got this recipe from a Taste of Home Recipe book and it is very good.

2 1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup butter or margine, softened
Filling:
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cup whipped topping
Topping:
1 lg pkg raspberry jello
2 cup boiling water
2 pkg frozen raspberries (They are expensive so I only used one and thought it had plenty of raspberries)

In a bowl, combine flour and sugar; blend in butter until smooth. Press into an ungreased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 300 for 20-25 mins or until set (crust will not brown). Cool. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. For topping, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in raspberries. Chill for 20 mins or until mixture begins to thiken. Spoon over filling. Refridgerate until set. 12-16 servings.
